Micah: Mom, is this frosting on my cinnamon roll?

Me: It is actually called icing, see how it is kind of shiny? It looks a little bit like ice.

Micah: Things aren’t always what they seem Mom.

ME: Micah, would you like some eggs and ham?

MICAH: Sure, I will try some.

ME: Hey Micah, do you like it?

MICAH: (after much deliberation) Hummm, it would go great with some Scooby Doo fruit snacks.

Almost forgot…

Micah’s Christmas program at preschool. Yes he was adorable. He sang ‘Santa Claus Is Coming To Town’ and didn’t forget one word. And yes, he kept his hands in his pockets the whole time. 🙂

More snow predicited?!

New Year’s Resolution

Our resolution this year is to get rid of our dog. Totally serious here people. She is a six year old, unfixed rat terrier. She has papers, and comes from a championship blood line. Her name is Hattie. Very cute, I will post pictures later. Loves adults, not so great with kids under the age of about six. Which is a problem for us, since there are two of those people in our house. She is both an inside, and outside dog. She doesn’t run away if she is not fenced in (unfortunately for us). She walks well on a leash, doesn’t need to be kenneled if you are out of the house. The list goes on and on here people. If you know ANYONE who is interested, let us know. Otherwise she may end up as glue.

What a Christmas!

I think it took around four hours to get through all the gifts. All were very thankful and surprised, and happy and crazy! Sugar highs were had by all… and me, well let’s just say Santa was good to me this year. I am posting from my new, very incredible very huge screen laptop! I LOVE it, and Santa. Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
